Exceptional hospitality begins with knowing every member by name, preserving appointment availability, and maintaining the level of service our standards demand. For that reason, every membership tier has a permanent membership capacity established before opening. When capacity has been reached, prospective members are invited to join the waiting list until a membership becomes available.
