Interior stripped to the shell. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-in underway.
Phase 3
Build-Out
Framing, millwork, and finishes for the bar, lounge, and nine-station barber floor.
Phase 4
Fit & Finish
Collins Comander Series chairs, marble, leather, lighting, and the bar program installed.
Phase 5
Doors Open
November 19, 2026 — one week before Thanksgiving.
