The bar at LUX is not an accessory to the barbering; it is the reason the room stays alive after the last appointment.
We kept the list deliberately short. Every drink on it has to earn its place against the version a guest could get at the best bar in the city.
A short menu is a confident menu.
Classics, executed
Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Negroni, Martini — measured, stirred to temperature, and served in proper glassware. No shortcuts, no sour mix, no theatrics.
Ice is treated as an ingredient, because at the dilution rates a stirred drink runs, it is one.
The house pours
Alongside the classics sit the LUX signatures, built around the flavors of the shop: smoke, citrus oil, bitter, and a touch of sweetness.
And the non-alcoholic list is not an afterthought — it is engineered with the same balance, so no guest is handed a soda and called served.
