Behind Our Membership Program
Why LUX memberships are capped, numbered, and designed to be inherited rather than sold.

Most grooming memberships are discount programs wearing a nicer word. Pay monthly, cut a few dollars off each visit, cancel when you forget to come in.
We built ours the way a private club would: limited, numbered, and weighted toward access rather than savings.
A membership should mean fewer people in the room, not more revenue per seat.
The Founders Society
The founding tier is capped and issued sequentially — No. 001 onward — with a solid numbered coin as the physical credential. That number does not change, and it does not get reissued.
Founding members receive priority booking, access to the Founder's Collection, standing invitations to house entertainment evenings, and preferred terms on private events.
Why a cap matters
A cap is a promise about the room. It guarantees that the chair is available when a member wants it and that the lounge never feels oversold.
As LUX expands beyond Winter Park, founding membership travels with the member. The flagship stays the flagship; the standing does not reset.
